- Provides a Virtual Channel (VC) SDK to support writing virtual channels for Citrix Receiver for Android.
Version 3.12 released on June 27, 2017
- Adaptive transport for XenApp and XenDesktop optimizes data transport by leveraging a new Citrix protocol called EDT (Enlightened Data Transport) in preference to TCP whenever possible.
- HDX Adaptive transport policy setting has to be enabled on the VDA. The user can choose to disabled it from a Receiver setting.
- Currently this feature is only supported for direct connections without going through Netscaler gateway
