If you are seeing an Error Msg or Connecting to Server Error. The simple quick fix is to UnRegister from Smart911. Go inside the ICE Standard ER 911 App or ICE Standard ER 911 Auto Edition App and Click on the Smart911 Lock icon and UnRegister. Exit the App and Power Off your iPhone or iPad. Wait 4 minutes and Power on your iPhone or iPad. Go back into the ICE Standard App and update your information if needed.
