What is Gravity? Gravity is the web-based training application that gives you in the moment product knowledge. Gravity is
changing how Best Buy does training, by breaking down product info into bite-sized sections and making learning
available at your fingertips. Scan any product UPC or QR Code from a Fact Tag to pull up the product information, specs, and even videos about the product.
Note: RSS Lookup has been removed from this version becuase of network upgrades removing the feature on BYOD devices.

When you open up the inventory tool it will now automatically sign you in. You also have a scan button that will allow you to scan the QR code on a price tag and tell you instantly if the product is in stock.
If you are getting a screen flickering issue on inventory check, that means the email and password are incorrect. Make sure you can download shifts. Then go into Sync > Settings > Reset Email and then enter in your correct BestBuy.com email address.
