Apple Watch: Added a Workout Only switch for the Apple Watch heart rate monitor. When the Workout Only switch is turned on the heart rate monitor is only used when recording your workout. Turning the Workout Only switch on provides more stability for and is recommended for use with the 1st generation Apple Watch. Note that Crown / Button Press is unavailable when the Workout Only switch is turned on. To use Crown / Button Press please turn the Heart Rate switch on and the Workout Only switch off.
