- Trouble with a TV Box? Restarting it can resolve many common issues and now, you can use the app to restart any X1 TV Box in your home. Just choose the TV Box that’s acting up then select “Restart” to try and fix the problem.

• Good news for iPhone X users! We’ve swept for bugs and made a few updates for a better overall experience. Plus, If you’re viewing your bill and you’re asked to sign in again, you can now use Face ID instead of entering your username and password again.
