Frequently asked questions
What are AppTweak Automated Exports?
Automated Exports send data from your AppTweak account to the destination you choose, on a recurring schedule, as CSV files. Teams use them to feed BI dashboards and keep a long-term copy of their app store data without building an API integration.
Which destinations are supported with AppTweak's Automated Exports?
Automated Exports support email, Slack, AWS S3, and Google Cloud Storage. Exports don’t connect directly to BI tools, but you can load the files into Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or a warehouse, and our team can set this up for you.
What data can I export with Automated Exports?
You can export the following data with Automated Exports:
- AppTweak data: keyword rankings and volume, category rankings, download and revenue estimates, ASO timeline, metadata, reviews, and rating stats.
- Console data: App Store Connect analytics by source, plus Google Play Console store performance by source and keyword, and Google Play statistics and finance reports.
How often can I receive automated exports?
AppTweak Automated Exports can be sent monthly, weekly, or daily, depending on your plan. On Business plans, you choose monthly or weekly delivery and set it up yourself in AppTweak, with exports sent to email or Slack. On Enterprise plans, you can also get daily exports, sent to AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage as well as email and Slack.
