We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for all subscription plans. Only Enterprise plans can pay by wire transfer.

No. You pay month-to-month (or year-by-year) and can cancel or change your plan at any time. As simple as that.

Plans are billed monthly or annually from the date you begin your subscription which is 7 days after you signed up for the free trial. Plans are renewed automatically at the renewal date.

The above prices do not include VAT. We charge VAT only for EU customers. We have to charge the local VAT to all clients based in the EU without a valid VAT number and to all clients based in Belgium.

All admin users can access their invoices by going to: "My Account > Account Settings > Subscription Settings > Invoices > View my invoices".

All our prices are in Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Japanese Yen.

You can use AppTweak for free for 7 days with our free trial. To verify your account, you must fill in your billing information. Then, your free trial will begin right away. If you have not canceled your subscription by the 7th day, your card will be automatically charged. The free trial’s purpose is to let you evaluate our features - you are only allowed to do one trial per account.

We would be sad to see you go but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Only account admins can cancel the subscription. To cancel your AppTweak plan, log in and navigate to "Manage Subscription" in the Account Settings on the top right of your screen. Click "cancel subscription". Your feedback will be greatly appreciated. When you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use AppTweak until the end of your billing period.

Forgot to cancel? Don't worry. We operate under a 48-hour refund policy. Therefore, if you forget to cancel your free trial or your subscription before the next billing cycle, our support team will refund your first payment within 48 hours. If you exceed this period, we won’t be able to proceed with your refund.

The Market & App Intelligence features come as an add-on. To be able to access this data, you must have an active subscription with AppTweak (any plan). You can get started on AppTweak at any time with a 7-day free trial.

No, to access the API you'll need to subscribe to an ASOsubscription with a Pro Plan or above.

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, navigate to "Manage Subscription" in the Account Settings on the top right of your screen. Click the "Upgrade" button and choose the new plan you would like to subscribe to. When you upgrade you will immediately move to the new pricing tier and be billed the difference for the remaining period of your subscription. When you downgrade, you will immediately move to the new plan and receive a credit for the remaining period of your subscription. This credit will be applied in your next billing cycle.
