  • Business plans

    Customers on Business plans can get started using AppTweak through self-serve onboarding resources. This includes access to the AppTweak Training Hub, the ASO Certification program, and in-product chat support if questions come up. These resources guide teams through setting up their apps, learning the platform, and applying ASO best practices.

  • Enterprise plans

    Enterprise customers receive a structured onboarding program led by a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). This typically includes kickoff sessions, tailored platform training, help setting up workflows and integrations, and strategic guidance to ensure teams quickly adopt the platform and get the most value from their data.

  • In both cases, the goal is to help teams start using AppTweak quickly and turn app store insights into growth opportunities.
AppTweak 接受哪些付款方式？

AppTweak 的退款政策是如何运作的？
