What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for all subscription plans. Only Enterprise plans can pay by wire transfer.

Plans are billed monthly or annually from the date you begin your subscription (once your free trial has ended). Plans are renewed automatically at the renewal date.

The above prices do not include VAT. We charge VAT only for EU, UK, and JP customers. We have to charge the local VAT to all clients based in the EU, UK, and JP without a valid VAT number and to all clients based in Belgium.

What currency can I use?

All our prices are in Euros, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Japanese Yen.

How does the free trial work?

You can try AppTweak products for free during a free trial. To verify your account, you must fill in your billing information. Then, your free trial will begin right away. If you have not canceled your subscription by the end of the trial period, your card will be automatically charged. The free trial’s purpose is to let you evaluate our features - you are only allowed to do one trial per product.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would be sad to see you go but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Only account admins can cancel the subscription. To cancel your AppTweak plan, log in and navigate to "Manage Subscription" in the Account Settings on the top right of your screen. Click "cancel subscription". Your feedback will be greatly appreciated. When you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use AppTweak until the end of your billing period.

Forgot to cancel? Don't worry. We operate under a 48-hour refund policy. Therefore, if you forget to cancel your free trial or your subscription before the next billing cycle, our support team will refund your first payment within 48 hours. If you exceed this period, we won’t be able to proceed with your refund.
