Track Equipment Used and Movement Substitutes - You can now record the weights / heights of equipments used in your workouts. These values feed into your calorie calculations. - Did you pick scaling movements? You can now tell Keelo and it'll show you these videos during workouts and adjust your workout metrics. Power (in Watt units) - If there's a single metric that accurately tracks one's fitness level, it's power. For a given workout, how much energy can you expend per unit of time? A person who's able to complete a 200-calorie workout in 15 minutes is arguably more fit than someone else who takes 30 minutes. Power measures this output capacity. - Keelo now shows your watts for every conditioning workout. Your equipment and movement choices affect this number. - In the near future, we'll introduce power as a way to track your overall fitness over time.
