Version 5.3 released on May 02, 2017
Punch Reminders – Never forget to punch in or out again! Punch reminders detect when a scheduled employee has forgotten to punch in or out and thoughtfully sends them a reminder notification to do so. That’s workforce management that works. Enhanced Request to Cover – With enhanced request to cover, you can offer your shift to all your colleagues increasing the chance your shift will be covered, which definitely increases your chances of joining your friends for a last-minute weekend trip to Atlantic City to see The Weeknd. Partial Timecard Approval – Why wait until the end of the pay period to view your hours? Approve your timecard at the end of a shift, end of the day, or end of the week. Personalization – Mobile Personalization allows for the proper split between work you can do on your company phone and what you can do on your personal phone.
Version 5.3.1 released on May 31, 2017
Version 5.2 released on November 01, 2016
Manage Requests - Managers can now be set up to receive notifications and act on schedule-related employee requests. Employees can now request to work a Global Open shift, in addition to the other schedule-related request types. This allows employees to request particular segment of an open shift instead of the entire shift length. URL Scheme - Kronos Mobile app can now be accessed from an external link. This provides the ability to post a URL where the user will be brought to the app or brought to the app store if Kronos Mobile is not installed on the device.
