They each have a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Paul and Virginia have three adult daughters and two sons-in-law, and are very proud grandparents. In addition to their ministry of speaking, writing, and counseling, they have ongoing relationships with various professional sports teams. They are authors of ten books and four DVD series focusing on marriage relationships and parenting.
